Ways to Give

Through tax-deductible donations, Chrisma Charities, Inc. is able to fund programs that impact the lives of children who are orphaned, fostered, living in single parent households and/or the children of veterans.  You can help us encourage these children to pursue moral and academic excellence through spiritual development and educational support. We also offer services for families in crises. We depend on the support of our friends in the community to fund our programs. All gifts are tax-deductible as allowed by law. We promise to be good stewards of your gifts.

1)  CASH DONATIONS

Donate by Mail

To donate by mail, simply mail with your check to this address:

Chrisma Charities, Inc.
P.O. Box 2654
Washington, DC  20013

Become a dedicated supporter with a recurring monthly gift and help us change lives.  Your monthly gifts help form a predictable source of income we can count on to fund our programs.  Your monthly gift means, together, we can reach more children and bring hope to them.

If you ever have a question about your recurring gift, contact us at info@chrismacharities.org or by calling 202-427-2816.

2)  DONATE BY PHONE

To donate by phone, text Chrisma and the donation amount (i.e., Chrisma100) you desire to make to 50155.

3)  GENTLY USED BUSINESS/FORMAL ATTIRE

You can help our program participants dress for success by providing your slightly worn business attire and formal wear.  Our youth need professional clothes for interviews and meetings. Formal wear is needed for formal outings and ceremonies.  Please contact us to arrange for deliveries.

4)  IN-KIND CONTRIBUTIONS/DONATIONS

Chrisma welcomes all forms of in-kind contributions/donations including real property, used cars, gift cards, air miles and hotel points.  Please contact us  if you would like to make an in-kind contribution.

5)  VOLUNTEERING

Chisma teams with corporate, religious and community leaders who serve as mentors in “mock” interviews set up for participants of our youth development programs.   Program participants are linked up with the mentors that represent their career interests. Mentors are also needed for motivational speaking engagements.

Chaperones and drivers are needed when escorting children to various events.

Please contact us if you would like to volunteer as a mentor, chaperone or driver.
